the third consecutive month in a row. Currently the median home price for the Greater Fort
Myers area is $103,000. Of course, Cape Coral waterfront property and pool homes will average
higher, but things are definitely on the upswing. And with the current interest rates, it's the

More positive signs of Cape Coral's comeback include the fact that traditional sales this
past April exceeded the sale of foreclosures, short sales, and distressed properties. In fact,

traditional sales represented over 50% of all area home sales.
