Timing is everything!Timing!Over this past weekend I came across 2 articles. One was a New York news article that was stating that we are the # 1 area for foreclosures. Then not 2 hours later I came across a article in Forbes Magazine that stated we are the number one growing area. Well, hello I wonder why that is. Below is another great article..
