Tips on where to begin and how to remember each home!Statistic's show that 90% of buyers start there searches on the Internet.. With just a few clicks a buyer can search thousands of homes on line view virtual tours, web sites and view many photo's of the homes and even neighborhoods. By the time a buyer reaches you they usually know what, where how they will obtain this goal. A good real estate agent will listen to your wants , needs and should arrange to show you homes that fit your criteria , ex-specially that we are in a buyers market... There is so much inventory all there is to do is listen and look for the agent . The average number of homes that i show to a buyer in one day roughly 5-6 homes.. I ask them to bring a pad of paper or i will give them the listing paper work for each home that is shown, giving them the opportunity to write there pros's and con's of each home. The buyer tends to get brain overload.. Even as a agent by the end of the day its hard to remember which home had the fruit tree? What color was the kitchen in that home? Therefore, not exceeding 6 homes is usually a good rule of thumb, although it is possible you probably won't remember the specifics of any of them.. Here are a list of 3 things to remember when looking at homes with your Realtor! 1) Bring a digital camera, therefore you are able to preview the homes at a later time. 2) Again, use the listing sheet to write your pros's and con's of each home.. 3) Rate each home after previewing it on a scale of 1-6 . I promise this will help! Good Luck
