 With two new charter schools opening and the real estate market where it is today.  We seem to be still on a growing trend!   The City opened two new charter schools in 2006. A second elementary, Christa McAuliffe Elementary in the Northwest Cape, and the first middle school, Oasis Middle. The elementary schools will hold up to 580 students, while the middle school will accommodate up to 660 students.
